Customers unable to add/process payment details when checking out on Spektrix Subsites when purchasing fixed series

Resolved

We are aware that Spektrix Subsite clients that sell Fixed Series subscriptions experienced problems where their customers were unable to add and process their card details during checkout. We received a report of this problem around 3:15 PM EST / 17:15 GMT. This problem did not affect clients that are not using Spektrix Subsites for online Fixed Series sales.

We have since resolved this problem as of 5:25 PM EST / 22:25 GMT, and all Fixed Series sales are able to process as expected online. We will continue to monitor this situation to ensure that online sales across all clients continues to work as expected.
